- Return Conditions
Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, including any tags and labels.

Submit a Request: Send an email to info@deviation-uptempo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Await Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions and a return number from us.
Shipping: Pack the items securely and send them back to the return address we provide. Don’t forget to include your return number.
Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Refunds
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@deviation-uptempo.com with photos of the defective item.
- Shipping Costs
Return Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was received defective or damaged.
